Quick and Easy Breakfast

It is so easy to just skip breakfast because of "lack" of time, but I assure you that it only takes five minutes to put together this healthy oatmeal recipe.

Your will need:

1 Cup of Silk Protein and Nut Milk
1 Cup of quick oats (regular will work too)
1 Banana (I use just half but it is up to you)
1 Teaspoon of honey
A pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

In a small pot, combine the Silk milk and oatmeal. Bring it to a boil and once it is boiling reduce the heat to low. Boil for two minutes and constantly stir it so it doesn't stick to the bottom. Once the two minutes are over, serve on a bowl and add banana, cinnamon and honey on top. If you want to make it extra healthy, sprinkle some chia seeds on top and enjoy!

Note: This recipe serves one person but you can double it if you wish.
